The GigaBD group was founded in January 2018 by PhD professors with more than 20 years of research and teaching experience at the university. The researchers are experts in accessible interfaces for computers and robots, natural language processing and web design, advanced databases and big data (+infoResearch). The group has participated in several European research projects as well as national plans and knowledge transfer projects (+infoProjects). Over the last three years, the group has taught many national and international students and researchers (+infoStudents).
